The purpose of this training course is to provide you with information on how to prevent identity theft, and what actions to take should you unfortunately become a victim. The instruction was designed for new learners, as well as those who are not new to this area and were victims, and who wish not to fall prey and prevent such actions from occurring again. Learners will be provided a page, power point presentation, assignment, quiz and access a Wiki in this course.
This training course is designed to introduce commercial landscaping equipment operation to new employees. Learners will learn landscaping terminology, basic machinary operating skills, genreal safety guidelines and mowing techniques. Learners will be required to pass quizzes and tests with a 100% passing grade as well as live demonstration of operation of equipment as it pertains to start up, use and shut down. upon completion of this course, the learner will then be capable of being employed and working for a professional landscaping business.
Introduction to Adobe Suite

Hello and welcome to Introduction to Adobe Suite!
This course will introduce you to some of the basic programs in Adobe Creative Suite. We will working with and learning some key functions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. These three programs don't represent the whole package, but they are greatly beneficial for Instructional Designers.
Why send a client a proposal in a plain Word file format or .pdf when you can send them your content in an appealing and creative fashion. Content is always more important than looks, but we are working with learners who are not always the most excited to jump right in and take a class, be it Instructor Led, blended, or eBased; learners require their programs to have valuable and relevant content, but they also respond far better to a class which is well designed both in pacing and user interaction, but also in how it visually appeals to them.
With the ease of access and the countless resources available to utilize these programs it is almost a crime to not learn how to use them...well maybe not a crime, but you know what I mean. So in this course we are going to start utilizing these programs for something that is relevant to us, for the design of elements for our work, from creating nicer Participants Guides, to creating appealing covers, appealing page layouts, and maybe even some nice custom graphics.
